Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes.

Fall classes start September 9, 2008.

Register by August 29th and receive a $10 discount on tuition. Enter "fall 08" in the discount box to receive the discounted price. REMEMBER TO TYPE IN THE DISCOUNT CODE EXACTLY AS ABOVE, WITH A SPACE BETWEEN fall and 08!!!!

A minimun of 8 children is needed to hold a class. 
Please register by September 1st, the Monday before classes start, to allow for prefered class assignments.  

Tuition for a 10-week session:
$130 Per child
$70 For each additional sibling*
$20 One time registration fee

Tuition includes 2 CD's, songbook, and activity suggestions for parents.
*Tuition is waived for infant siblings less than 9 months as of class start date.

Refunds are not available after the first class, but make-ups can be arranged based on availability.
